Friendly and responsive staff improved my experience.
The bin in my bathroom was not emptied before my arrival, leading to quite an unpleasant start. the absence of a kettle for tea or coffee was disappointing, especially since the hotel only provided breakfast. I also found the air conditioning hard to adjust, and I didn’t feel comfortable asking for assistance.

Perfect spot for family fun!
Spent 6 nights in a spacious room with super comfy beds. The balcony on the top floor was a nice surprise for chilling out and watching the sunset. The breakfast selection was also pretty cool! Staff were really lovely and must give a shoutout to Maria for her help!

Centrally located, making it easy to access major attractions and the market. The breakfast offered a great variety and was delicious, with good options including Neapolitan pizza. finding the hotel was tricky due to its entrance, and the noise from the bustling street was disruptive, especially during the night. Adding to our discomfort, portable toilets were set up below our room, leading to significant noise issues, although the hotel did respond to our complaints promptly.

Had a great stay with friends! The location right across from the Cathedral was perfect for exploring nearby shops and cafes. Breakfast offered a good variety, including freshly made eggs and pastries. The rooftop terrace is a must-visit for stunning views. The staff were friendly and super helpful with local tips.
The entrance was a bit tricky to find at first, and the street noise could be bothersome at times, especially during evening celebrations.

Nice location right across from the Cathedral and close to local transport. Staff friendly and helpful, even arranged bike rentals. The noise from the streets was noticeable at night, making it hard to sleep.
